LEFTOVER MAGIC: RAJMA TIKKIS & LEMON RICE

The pressure I have faced into liking Rajma Chawal has just been overwhelming. 

But, not now. Not without giving back my version of this dish. For people like me, who do not wish to engage in the pseudo worshiping of Rajma Chawal... here's my take on transforming leftovers from the infamous Rajma Chawal and making crunchy rajma tikkis and lemon rice.
