BLISSFUL ADVERSITY

As you detach yourself from external support;
Initially you may crumble,
But eventually you'll grow.

You may think you're hollow;
Without all that superficial love they bestowed.
However, the reality is far from this devious shore.

You're all that you would want.
You're all that you would need.
You're the calamity
but within you is the Hope's seed.

With every passing adversity
as you reap the sorrorws and drown.
Remember all those tears
have only strengthened your invisible Crown.

At the outset of the darkness,
you may be blinded by dismay;
but a little heart in that bitterness,
will make you see the light far away.

You may think it's a fancy tale,
You may think only Hero's survive the trail,
But never should you forget,
A human with determination is a Hero renamed.
They are not invincible,
nor do they possess the power of the Divine.
The only difference between them and you,
is that they never gave up and instead always tried.

Be a failure,
keep failing through,
but never let your victory
accelerate your ego.
